As far as the most efficient use of the Help Desk, we are trying to
reserve the Help Desk for the submission and resolution of technical
issues, such as login access, account maintenance and signup information
only. We ask that any questions related to the compensation plan or other
general, non-technical questions be directed to the forums and to the
conference calls.
