While surfing there is a huge number of advertisements that sell you on the fact that you don’t have to do anything to make money with their system. They did it all for you, and you don’t have to do anything. That’s great right?

Well yes, and no! For instance you’ve heard me talk about Clickbank Pirate quite a bit. It’s actually working for me so I’m excited about it. But that’s not the only thing I’m doing in my business. And neither should you!

Things like that are great to help you with your business, not BE your business. Making money online is hard work, but the people who make the most money are the people who learn how to do it. If you rely on all these systems for your income, rather than seeing them as an extra source, if they ever shut down you’re business goes down with them.

That’s why building your own list is crucial as well. You can promote anything you want, and if the programs ever stop producing results, or even go offline, you simply remove that email from your autoresponder series. It makes little impact on your business overal.

But when you truly don’t know how to run a business, where do you go for help? Well my suggestion would be Affiliate Funnel. The whole premise is “Build your business, not someone else’s”. To make money online many people jump right in before they are properly prepared. You know that to be a rocket scientist, a doctor, a brick layer, a construction worker, an office worker, a teacher there are prerequisites, things you must learn, before you can be successful, you don't just jump right in unprepared.

The same applies to the Internet marketing industry even though there are unsavory people out there who'd have you believe it's a "Walk in the Park" and requires no more than the belief that you can just do it.

And I'll have to admit, it is a walk in the park compared to what you have to put up with in the working world punching a clock being a subordinate to someone who does not have your interests in mind, but there are still rules you have to follow and pitfalls you must avoid to actually make Internet marketing work for you.

Most people will not make a dime online and yet there are others who will make more in one month than most people make in a whole year. Why is that?

My answer begins with the age-old chicken or egg question, "what comes first the chicken or the egg"? Personally I vote for, well never mind, each argument you or I make comes back to the same old conclusion - I have no clue and I don't think many of us do either.

But one thing I do have a clue about and know for sure is that to make money online you must first have Passion for the company products and/or service of any Internet business from which you expect to make money.

Passion in this sense simply means that you've researched and like the company and products or services. It is then that you translate that like (or Passion) into the education, excitement and work that usually accompany Passion.

I will have to say that many online entrepreneurs are so good at what they do that they ignore passion because they can sell anything. But I'm concerned about those of you who are not so knowledgeable at working an online business successfully.

Now, I'm not trying to make anyone believe that Passion is the only thing necessary. Because to be successful you must also have a good website, good marketing, widespread advertising, company support, effective keywords, and etc. Those things are often learned from the company you join - but sidestep Passion and you reduce your chances for success dramatically.

It therefore follows that, if you have no Passion for the company and the products and services provided by that company, again, you won't attempt to do the work you are being taught.

Internet marketing work is typically not all that difficult or time consuming but it does take motivation caused by Passion to get you off and running with a sustained effort so that you won't stumble.

You have a great resource in the Internet search engines to search about the Internet Marketing industry for business opportunities, USE IT!

Your research should uncover a company that you like and have confidence in. It should be solid, founded on great principles, and easy to understand with great products and services that are sell-able for which you can have Passion. If you don't find it move on,
You can find the right opportunity containing the attributes identified above.

Comments like, well, that one sounds good and the compensation plan is excellent so I guess I'll start that business - does not sound like a decision based on anything near Passion. And remember when you hear that an Internet "guru" does that, don't be tempted, because as I said earlier they are experienced and can sell just about anything, without being Passionate about the company products and services.

Note: By the way it's your goal to get to the point where you can sell about anything online. That end skill and goal is a worthy one indeed.

Remember, there are other steps you must make before you step into Internet Marketing but if you don't first find the right company products and services to be passionate about, all of those other steps may just cause you a lot of frustration instead of bringing you great success.

Not being Passionate about a company and products and services that has market proof that it will sell is a pitfall you simply must avoid.

How To Generate Free Traffic using Traffic Exchanges

One of the problems with Traffic Exchanges is that it takes
a lot of work and time clicking to earn credits to generate
traffic. So most people give up using traffic exchange
programs. Well I always believe in the saying "work smarter
and not harder".

If you are an Affiliate Marketer one of the best ways to
generate targeted traffic is thru using traffic exchange
programs. The trick is you want to build a downline in
the traffic exchanges that will automatically generate a
constant flow of traffic without you having to spend hours
clicking on links.

I use and promote a program called Affiliate Funnel that
will help you do the following:

- Build a downline in all the best Traffic Exchange programs
- Promote the programs YOU want to promote
- Build an Opt-in list
- Generate a ton of traffic to any site of your choice

How To Make Money with Four Tier Annihilation!

The Four Tier Annihilation Method is another “Anti-Guru, Day Job Killer” style product that’s sold based on “hidden secrets” … “crushingly effective methods of plowing giant profits from the internet” … “underground tactics” and “competition destroying tricks.”

But it’s really a book about making money on Ebay…

The author doesn’t even mention that in the sales letter because no one would buy it if he did!

That said, a lot of people do make a great living on Ebay. So let’s take a look at what you get in this package.

First, there’s a 145 page PDF manual that contains 4 modules for making money on Ebay.

Module 1: Research, Sourcing And Selling Physical Products

This section shows you how to sell physical products like cameras and phones. You learn how find out what’s selling on Ebay, where to find the products, and how to sell and deliver the same products yourself.

Basically…copy what’s already working (no big secret). But you will learn all about drop shipping so you don’t have to actually store the physical products.

The “Legal Hijack System” is where you find a bulk supplier of a hot-selling item and then get them to “drop ship” the product to your customers. You keep the profit between the wholesale and selling price at Ebay. Although this method could be very effective, it would require a large existing customer base.

Module 2: Info & Digital Product Takeover

This section is all about selling digital products on Ebay. Unfortunately, it’s already outdated material since Ebay doesn’t allow you to sell digital products anymore. You can only use classified ads to sell digital products. However, I went to Ebay and found that the same digital products are now being sold on CD, which makes it a physical product. So this section could still be of some value.

The author also talks about “site flipping” (buying and selling websites), which is viable tactic since Ebay does allow you to sell websites.

Module 3: Tier X Selling

Tier X involves being the middle man for selling high ticket items like Rolex watches, cars, and real estate for large commissions. You negotiate a commission from an off-line seller and hook them up with buyers on Ebay. Apparently, you can make millions from this method - like a real estate broker.

Module 4: Internet Marketing

This section covers “top secret” stuff like:

* Posting classified ads on Ebay
* Finding products to promote at ClickBank
* Using CPA networks like Azoogle Ads
* Selling your info product on Ebay (outdated material)
* Building a list by promoting a squeeze page on Ebay classified ads (I’ll have to try that…)
* And of course, managing your list with Aweber

Overall, this course is pretty in-depth and has a lot of screen shots to illustrate the examples. Although, I can’t really say if these methods are effective or not because I don’t sell anything on Ebay.

It also comes with 10 screen capture videos that you can download and watch on your computer. They were created by the author and show you how to implement the methods in the manual.

My Advice:

If you’re already building a business online, stick to the plan. If you don’t have a plan and want to get into Ebay arbitrage, product flipping, and brokering real estate, then this might be your ticket to the big time.

Placing Ads will drive Traffic Everyday!

Well I'm going to talk about my favorite way of generating
targ.eted traffic everyday automatically. The method I'm talking
about is taking advantage of high traffic sites where you can
place Ads. When I first got involved in Online Marketing I
always thought that email was the best way to get traffic and
sales. I actually thought that placing Ads did not work like
most other new Online Marketers. Boy I learned that I was very
very wrong!

The advantage of placing ads is as follows:

- You place an Ad and it will get viewed by thousands for days
- Very little work is required to post an Ad
- One Ad will generate traffic for days even weeks
- Click Thru rates on Ads are very high
- You can place Ads for fr.ee on a lot of high traffic sites
- Each Ad gives you a link back to your site improving your
sites Google ranking

Now the key to placing ads is placing them on high traffic sites!
That's it, as long as the site has thousands of members and gets
a ton of traffic then you will get a ton of traffic. If you want
to improve your sites ranking with Google then the more Ads you
place the better.

Now my favorite site for placing Ads and testing the effectiveness
of my ads is TrafficSwarm. Most people think TrafficSwarm is a
Traffic Exchange site but that is not true! TrafficSwarm is an
Ad site where members view Ads and earn credits so other members
view their Ads.

There are over 100,000 active members of TrafficSwarm and it is
probably one of the Best places to advertise your site. I'm a

get about 15 to 20 clicks on each of my Ads everyday! Please not

having to do anything!

One of the most popular ways to generate free traffic to your website these days is to use a free traffic exchange service.

A traffic exhange is website service that enables you to view someones website, and others in turn view yours. You earn credits when you view someones site,
and you use those credits to have others view your site.

Internet marketers would like to know how to bring traffic to their
websites quickly, without spending any money. Traffic exchanges can
accomplish this.

The greatest benefit comes in when you sign up others and receive
traffic from their efforts.

The different types of exchanges are start page exchanges,
manual surf, and auto surf.

The key is to join more than one exchange, it could be start page,

Other search engines such as Ask jeeves , Lycos , MSN , and others use the alexa traffic ranking from your site to help determine how high in their search results your site will be placed. It is also assumed that Go ogle also uses the alexa traffic ranking in its ranking algorithm.

The bottom line is that the more exposure you give to your site from free traffic programs the better your search engine rankings will be. And the higher your rankings in the search engines the more good quality targeted traffic you will get resulting in more sale’s and commissions.

How to Create a Viral Funnel of Traffic for FREE!

Generating massive traffic to build a list is not that hard if you are
shown what to do. The thing is most upline people never teach their
downlines on how to market. Well I do like to show people how to be
successful and I'm going to share a marketing tip now.

First never promote a program directly..EVER! Always promote or send traffic
to a Lead Capture page. This way you build your list, rapore, and trust with
your prospects. Then you can share the programs that are making you mon.ey.

Here is a very easy way to generate a lot of high quality targeted traffic to
your Lead Capture page without spending a dime:

First join the following 3 programs for Fr.ee:

Affiliate Funnel will also promote the programs you
are marketing in the Back Office. So all your subscribers

What is happening is that by promoting your ViralURL cloaked link you

By doing the above you are creating a Vortex of traffic that is all going to

and building your list all on Auto-Pilot!

How To Build Your List And Not Someone Else's

I have joined and used a lot of programs that claim they will help you build your own list and make a lot of money online. I'm sure most of you reading this article all ready know what I'm going to talk about.

The truth is 98% of these so called List Building programs or Tools only help the program owner in building a list and not you! I know the above comment is going to upset a lot of people but the truth is the truth!

I'm not going to mention any programs names but I will describe how most of them work:

- Most of the programs I'm talking about get you to join for Free

- Then after you join there is always some sort of One-Time Offer so that you get an upgraded lifetime membership that usually costs around $197.00

- Upgraded memberships usually get to post more Ads, Banners, or get more Traffic to whatever they are promoting than Free members

- Free members get to use a very limited amount of the program features, where an upgraded member gets to use all the features

- The program or Tool gives you a ton of promotional tools that you can use to get others to join under you in this program. By doing this you will be building your list

- People that join under you also promote and they also get people joining under you in multiple levels

- Most of these programs allow you to email your entire downline usually once per week or every three days and you can promote anything in the email

So does the above sound familiar? Does the above sound great? First question the answer is 'Yes', second question the answer is 'No'.

The problem with these programs is that for 90% or more of online marketers they will only be able to get a few referrals. So for most members of these programs their downline will be very small. However for the program owner there list will be HUGE. Now the other thing that will happen is the program owner will email the entire database with their offer. In other words they have stolen your referrals!

By building your list by using these list building programs and tools you are really building someone else's list.

Now there are a few and I mean few list building programs that really do help you build your own list. I'm not going to discuss them in this article (that is for later), but I will tell you what you need to look for before joining:

- The program should email you or give you the Full Contact information of every referral you make

- You should be able to get your referrals subscribed to your own Auto-Responder when they join

- The program should allow you to email other members in the program that You did not refer

- The program should have marketing tools, and features that drive targeted traffic to any program

Basically what I'm saying is there should be a fair mutual benefit for joining the program. If you join a program and promote it to others, then you should also be able to promote to all the members of the program. Fair is fair! If you can't do this then the program is not worth joining.

When I first heard about Affiliate Cash Secrets, I actually laughed at the title.

“Oh no”, I thought, “another how-to-make-money program aimed at unsuspected newbies...I bet it’s going to be another fluff-filled report without any real, actionable information.”

I became even more suspicious when I read the product's sales letter. It makes some pretty big claims, and I really didn't expect the product to deliver on any of them…

BOY, WAS I EVER WRONG!

I'm ready to admit that my initial negative perceptions were misplaced. Yes, I bought the product. I downloaded it, opened it up, started reading...and was absolutely blown away!

I've never seen anything that goes into so much step-by-step, do this then do that, detail.

And the thing is, the report can help not just newbies, but intermediate level marketers as well. It’s very rare that I can recommend a product as being a good buy for the majority of people, but in this instance I'm willing to go out on a limb and say that Affiliate Cash Secrets is an excellent investment for nearly anyone who wants to make money with their own internet business.

You can also learn a lot about the core principles of affiliate marketing here. Probably one of the biggest secrets I picked up is how to build an opt-in list and I've never really understood how to go about it – until now.

Oh, and there's another thing here that newbies can really appreciate:
How to design squeeze pages.

That's something you don't see any one cover on the nuts n' bolts level, but Affiliate Cash Secrets actually gives you a complete squeeze page system with templates and brandable reports that you can give away to your subscribers.

Is there anything I DON'T like about this product?

Well, maybe one or two things. The first being that I didn't come up with this product myself and the second being that it’s in PDF format.

The only reason I'm complaining about the PDF format is because Affiliate Cash Secrets isn't exactly a 'short report'. It’s literally a book-length manuscript with tons of screen shots and how-tos. You pretty much have to print it out in order to follow along. I went through two ink cartridges printing it out myself.
That said, I should also tell you that Affiliate Cash Secrets isn't a “make money in 15 minutes from now” deal either. This information works, but you do have to learn, first, and you've got to put this stuff into action. It might take you a week...it might even take you a month. If you want to make real money, then its worth whatever amount of time you have to invest, though.

So, if you're looking for an ultimate money-making blueprint, you need to check out Affiliate Cash Secrets. It really does deliver on what it promises. It’s priced fairly, too.

Oh, and I forgot to mention there is a Quick Start Guide with screen shots and tutorials to help you get started right away.

Verdict: Highly recommended. And don't forget to buy extra printer paper.

is just devine. This is, of course, in addition

list yourself and that you can mail to.

As your list grows, you get random leads
assigned to you and you can export them
to your own opt in list. That is a superb feature
and that feature, alone, is worth the entry price.

Then there's your own ad which you can
put up which randomly shows whenever
someone log into the site. This ad, when
it is clicked on, brings additional members
into your list. I like that but...

Paid members get those nice glossy ones
at the top of the page which really stand
out so who's ads do you think are going to
get clicked on? The glossy, shinny ones of
course:) and who is going to get the additional
members in their list? Paid members of course

Gary has also designed into the list building
a matrix system that will grow you list. I am
not the one to review that. Most of you know
that matrixes and how they work make my
eyes glaze over but, in this case, they add
more members to your mailing and that is
the name of the game on the net.

grow a large list fast so the numbers you
are getting to mail to should give you a good

Squidoo Really Works if You Want Lots of Free Traffic!

I have only been actively involved with Squidoo for the last month but I have heard about Squidoo for quite sometime. At first I did not understand what Squidoo was but now I do.

Here is a good explanation of what Squidoo is:

"Squidoo is a network of user-generated lenses --single pages that highlights one person's point of view, recommendations, or expertise. Lenses can be about anything, such as ideas, people or places, hobbies and sports, pets or products, philosophy, and politics. Lenses aren't primarily intended to hold content; more emphasis is placed on recommending and then pointing to content on the web. Annotation and organization and personalization delivers context and meaning.

Users who create lenses are called lensmasters. A lensmaster uses the tools available online to provide links, feeds, abstracts, and lists to users who are trying to make sense of a topic. For example, a single lens could point to Flickr photos, Google maps, blogs, eBay auctions, YouTube videos, and other links. Lensmasters are encouraged to promote personal agendas, expertise, causes, products, and opinions.

Squidoo splits its revenue with its "co-op" of lensmasters. 5% goes straight to charity, first. Then 50% goes to the lensmasters. 45% goes to Squidoo. The site is estimating that nearly half of all the lensmasters on the site are donating their royalties to any of 45 featured charities, ranging from NPR and The American Heart Association to smaller organizations like Chimp Haven and Planet Gumbo.

Now that you have an understanding of what Squidoo is I will now explain why it is a great tool to get ALLOT of High Quality Targeted Traffic.

First of all Google LOVES Squidoo! In other words Squidoo Lenses on Specific topics show up VERY HIGH on Google Search results. I personally have seen in several searches on Google tons of Squidoo Lenses in the Top 10 of Search Results!

Why does Google love Squidoo? Well it's because Squidoo delivers ALLOT of Specific high quality Content! A Lens is usually focused on a Specific topic. So a Lens can deliver allot of Relevant content which Google loves. The better and more relevant content the higher the ranking the lens will get in Google!

Now here is another reason Squidoo will give you lots of traffic an that is Squidoo gives you the ability to add Tags (keywords). Here is an explantion why Tags work:

"When you create a lens, you are asked to choose a primary keyword
(or tag) plus three additional ones. Too many people stop there.

Two reasons should compel you to add 20-30 more.

First, tags are search engine magnets.

Because of the way tags are coded into your webpage's HTML (all
without you having to do a thing), search engines like Google eat
them up. Also, when users search on Google for your tags, they may
not come across your page immediately but the overall Tag Page
within Squidoo. If you tag your lenses correctly, then your lenses
will be discovered this way.

Second, tags are the only variable that Squidoo uses during its
searches (unless this has recently changed).

When a visitor comes to Squidoo and uses the search box, the
results are determined first by the tags of all the pages, and
second by page rank.

So even though your lens may be all about Marilyn Monroe, for
example, unless you actually have Marilyn Monroe as a tag in your
lens, you will have a hard time getting natural traffic to your
site.

Finally, as you add tags to your lens (simply click edit tags
in your lens workshop to get started), Squidoo will provide good
suggestions for more tags. Simply click those new tags and they
will be added to your list (Really Cool Feature!).

Well the above give you two examples or reasons why Squidoo can and will deliver Traffic to your Lens. Now remember Squidoo is Totally FREE! Plus you can create as many lenses on any topic you wish! There are other ways to get traffic and that is by adding you Lens or Lenses to other Squidoo Groups that relate to your Topic!

Now here is something I would like to share with you that I find very interesting. My Blog gets a steady amount of traffic everyday. Google Analytics gives me a detailed report on where the Traffic is coming from. Since I started creating Lenses on Squidoo my traffic to my Blog has increased allot and almost 25% of the traffic to my Blog is now coming from Squidoo! This started happening in as little as two weeks. Squidoo makes it very easy to add your Blogs RSS Feed to your Lens! Another Great and Cool Squidoo Feature.

Frankly if you have something to market the first thing I would do is Create a Squidoo Lens as fast as you can!

I'll have to admit that I didn't believe all the hype about Google Adwords for the longest time. Then I caught myself clicking on some of the Adwords ads instead of the search results. That made me think. Five bucks. What's five bucks? Lunch at McDonalds. I could skip that for a day. So I surfed Clickbank for a while, found something new and really targeted, popped a few keywords in and wrote the ad. Basically, I used the sledgehammer method of marketing. Fifteen minutes later, I was getting clicks. Then I went to bed, of course. A few things I have learned. If I'm on the computer at one in the morning, I must hide my credit card from myself. Or maybe I was wrong?

I woke up the next day and discovered a few things. One, all of these gurus I decided not to listen to weren't lying. I had made sales. In fact, I made more instant affiliate sales in 12 hours than I ever did before. Another, I had a lot more to learn. But I was hooked. So I bought a few ebooks to learn more and went to work. Why the hell had I waited so long?

Adwords is a crash course in direct marketing. You learn quickly what people want and what keywords they type in to find it. And you can just as quickly lose money if you don't learn the medium. Google Adwords takes all the guesswork out of optimizing webpages. If you have the money, you can buy all the traffic you want. The key, though, was to buy sales as cheaply as possible. These are the basics. After the basics, Adwords gets complex. It comes down to fine tuning. Fine tune your keywords correctly and you will receive instantly targeted visitors who are ready to purchase specific products.

Click Through Quantity

A lot of internet marketing comes down to keywords. Adwords is no difference. You must learn to think like your customers. What keywords would they use to find the product you are selling? Sometimes you just can't think of them. This is where keyword tools come into play. I have listed a few free keyword tools that will help at the link in the resource box.

If the keywords you are using are not performing well, there may be a few ways to fix this. One is to fine tune the keyword. Instead of using "e-mail" to sell a spam blocker, you can use the Adwords keyword suggestion tool to find such words as e-mail filter, junk e-mail, and such. Then delete "e-mail." Obviously, everyone who uses "e-mail" in their search terms isn't looking for a spam blocker. In fact, very few will be, so don't destroy your click through rate by using terms that are too general.

You can also fine tune the keyword by using brackets, quotation marks, or negative keywords. Brackets around [e- mail filter] will allow your ad to be shown only when searchers type just "e-mail filter" in Google's search box, not "e-mail" and not "free e-mail filter." Using quotes will allow your add to be shown for both "e-mail filter" and "free e-mail filter", but not "filter e-mail". Using "-" like "email-filter" will allow your add to be shown for all searches containing "e-mail" that do not contain "filter." You can find more details here:

Another problem may be that your customer just does not see your ad. Just by creating a new ad that contains the keyword that hasn't been producing that well may improve your click through rate. This works because Google highlights the keywords that the searcher used in your ad. You can also try capitalizing power words in your ad to get that ad seen. If you know the keyword should be working but isn't, try this first. If this doesn't help consider narrowing the keyword or dropping it. Don't be scared too.

Use 300 keywords instead of 30. The more keywords you use the better. You will receive customers looking for specific products and you will have a better chance of getting keywords that cost five cents instead of five dollars.

It may just come down to good old ad copy. An Adwords ad is haiku of advertisements. You must pack a punch in three lines, four if you count the url. Go for the benefits not features of the product. Use active verbs that make your surfers want to click instead of static nouns.

Click Through Quality

You can get all the clicks from Adwords that you can imagine, a 20% click through rate and still not get any sales. All this means is that you are throwing money down an internet hole. If you are paying for every click, all clicks are not the same.

If you are trying to sell a product you definitely want to get rid of freebie hunters first. How do you do this? Add a price to the ad. Or if the adcopy on the product's page is killer, you can use something along the line of "Low- priced". In other words, use a phrase that tells the surfer that he will be getting out his credit card.

Another way to convert more clicks through Adwords comes down to keywords again. More specific keywords will convert more surfers into customers. If you are an affiliate for a motorcycle helmet company, you don't want to use "motorcycle" as a keyword. You want to use "motorcycle helmet." Or else, you'll customers who are searching for jackets, exhaust, pictures.

There are a few type of affiliate programs where you wouldn't mind freebie hunters. One is site that uses cookies. Think of the last time you purchased an ebook. Did you buy it when you saw the first ad? Probably not. You waited. But after reading about the product all over the net, you decided to get out your credit card. I discovered these type of customers after I deleted the campain from Adwords that actually brought in the sales. The site's cookie credited me with the sales weeks after my ad brought them to the site.

Another example is programs that pay for leads. Some companies will pay you if the surfer fills out a form. They depend on their professional followup to get the sale. But the point is, you have made cash and the surfer didn't even have to pay. You just have to get him to sign up for info.

Set a Budget

Figure out how much you want to spend a day and stick to it. A good start is $5.00 a day. Also set your maximum cost per click. This will keep you form spending way too much. Some products I have the CPC set at $0.05. On others, I have it set at $0.50. It depends on how mony clicks you actually convert into sales.

You must also set a cutoff point. Decide how much money you can spend on a new campaign without any sales before you drop it. It could be 300 clicks or $20 spent. Whatever you set it at, you must stick to it.

Tracking

Google Adwords allows you to set up campaigns, followed by ad groups, followed by individual ads. This structure is great for testing your ads. And believe me, you have to test and you have to track. A campaign can be set up for one product. Then you can set up an ad group for each feature of the product. One ad group may focus on the products ease of use. Another may focus on the low price. And in each ad group you can have multiple ads. Using this system and Adwords tracking features, you track which ads work best for clickthroughs.

But you still have to track your conversions. Commission Junction is great in that you can send each ad to a link. Then when you go to their site you can discover which ads are producing the most sales.

But whatever you do, know your average sale, know your average price per click and know how many clicks it takes for you to make a sale. Then figure your return on investment. You may be spending more than you are making. It's easy to get caught up in the process and forget you are trying to make money. Don't get into bidding wars. And always test something new. Nobody's perfect.

One, you can't use trademarks as keywords. Second, you must get a 0.5% clickthrough rate or Adwords will slow your campaign down. Also, if you are an affiliate, you must at least put "aff" at the end of your ad.

In summary, Adwords can get you instant sales, but you must study the system, finetune your campaigns, and track your results.

I have read in a long time.

It grabs you by the "brass sphericals" clamps down like a vice and stubbornly
refuses to let go.

BUT...it is sooo sad. The product is pure GOAT DUNG.

First, my brigade of red flags started waving at the first 3 words of the letter:

"Urgent Press Release": Let me tell ya', that is NOT a press release any more than
I look like George Clooney and can dance like Usher.

AND...I have a big problem with calling what they are selling a "type at home"
opportunity. It is a marketing opportunity or an affiliate marketing opportunity,
but in my opinion it is down right misleading, if not just barely scraping under
the legal limits of "truth in advertising" to call it a "type at home" opportunity.
(In fact I have it from insider sources that one of the biggest of these "type at home"
products had to be revamped to stay out of hot water)

But, I could almost...almost...look the other way if the product was decent, but
again...it is little more than an intro on how to use Google Adwords. It gives
you just enough information to LOSE a lot of money.

What's more...is here is the part I think is the SADDEST! You really CAN make a very
nice and comfortable living working from your house promoting affiliate products with
Google Adwords.

How in the heck do I know? Because this is exactly how I earn 90% of all of my
income.

Labor Day weekend, I sat on my lazy duff all day just
chillin' and watchin' the boob tube, but I earned more yesterday than 75% of
the US population makes slaving away working a 40 hour work week.

In June and the first half July of 2006 I earned more than I did working for
the man in ALL OF 2005!

You CAN do this too, but you need a more realistic path to follow, here are 3 things

Day Job Killer Review

I'm going to start this review by saying that I wasn't expecting a great deal from Day Job Killer - the latest project from Chris McNeeney. Why? Well because I'd already purchased his other two products, Adwords Miracle and Affiliate Project X (the 2 best products I bought in 2006 by the way), and these guides offered so many profitable ways you can profit from Google Adwords and promoting affiliate products, that I thought that this latest product would probably just be a rehash of these methods, and just a way of cashing in on the success of his previous products.

Well I was completely wrong.

In fact, I think this latest offering could indeed be the best product he's released so far. Media Manslaughter

This is a really useful section showing how you can successfully look beyond the internet and create serious profits from offline advertising, and in particular the mainstream media.

Copy The Best - Offline

This final section expands on the previous one and shows you can successfully make money offline if you're on a limited budget. A very good guide to how to successfully advertise offline without spending a fortune testing what works and what doesn't.

Is Paid Surveys etc. The Real Deal?..Find out Here!

Fellow internet marketer,

Let's get something dead straight before we start.

I hate those "Make $500-$3000 a week in your jammies" ads . I hate them more than you do, and I always have.

It must have been about three weeks ago now, I was browsing the web when I got an e-mail from a friend raving about this new Paid Surveys web site called "Paid Surveys etc."

Now, my friend is actually someone whose opinion I trust, which is the only reason I clicked on the link in the first place. And here I am...

Well, let me explain. I am an entrepreneur, and I dish $1000's of dollars a month on verifying work at home sites, (giving me a return of about $4000 a month on average). In short, I know what I am doing (in fact, if you've been searching for a work at home guide, there is a good chance you already own my guide, but that's another story).

But, I have never been a big fan of Paid Surveys - either i'm too lazy to do all the survey work, or all the ones i've encountered don't pay much. But it sure does sound good on a sales letter... and lots of newbies see "get paid $3000/week just doing surveys from your home!", and think "wow! That's a lot of money! Here are my credit card details".

Then, the same guys who bought the subscription realizes that the surveys don't pay out didly for the site he was on - only after wasting their cash on the subscription... and then, the next site comes out and the cycle repeats itself...

Great for the guys who made the subscription - pretty crappy for the poor newbie who bought it.

So, you can imagine my thoughts when I got my friend's e-mail recommending Paid Surveys etc.. As I say, it was only because he was normally spot-on that I even clicked away.

When I reached the Paid Surveys etc. web site, I was actually pretty impressed with the sales copy, and even more impressed with some of the features that they offer - Focus group subscription, paid forum moderating, etc..

But, again, I have to be honest with you...,

At this point, I still thought to myself, "not bad , lots of features, this might pay out well ... but yet again, i'm not gonna waste another buck to get the same paid survey sites... so forget it".

And that was that; I left the site... but a few days later my friend e-mailed me, letting me know he had used Paid Surveys etc. for an hour and a half and was about $80 up. He also said that I needed to drop what I was doing and get the subscription. So, I spent the excess in my Paypal account and half-heartedly purchased my copy of Paid Surveys etc..

Just so you know, I only purchased because... well, money isn't too much of an issue for me, and I was about to file it away on my to-do list when my friend started up again - in fact he pestered the hell out of me to master it once I had it!

So, I decided to give him a chance, and make full use of Paid Surveys etc.... so I sat down for an hour to play around tinkered with the site...

Is it a scam?.. - read on...

• Is Paid Surveys Etc really the highest paying survey site on the web?

• Is Paid Surveys Etc really that much better than the rest?

• ...And does it actually make me REAL money?...

Keep reading to find out the truth!

In the end, it took me two days to fully gauge the whole spectrum of "getting paid to do "_____" (you fill in the blank).. - two full days to ignore the noise and focus on the signal, and really understand what works with Paid Surveys etc. and what doesn't. Because, believe me this is a bit of a beast.

Just so you don't think I am exaggerating the scale of Paid Surveys etc., here are some of the features of Paid Surveys etc.. Remember, each one is practically a separate piece of software in itself:

1. Get Paid to Drive Your Car - Throw a sticker on your car, and drive around! Its as easy as that.

2. Get Paid to Eat at your Favorite Restaurants - Make money while you fill up for the day! You're naturally going to eat right? Might even eat out? Well now its time to get some money back. Eat at your favorite restaurants, write up a review, and get paid within days. Simple as that. Go out every day, and the meals pay for themselves! FACT: Most Americans eat dinner out 4 times a week. A family of 4 spends just around $35 a sitting. FACT: You will never find a company paying out this much anywhere else, because no-one else is offering this amount. And they probably won't for fear of losing a big chunk of their profits. So it's your only chance to ever learn about it.

3. Get Paid to Read Your Email - Check your email? Easy as it sounds, you can setup 3 or 4 browsers checking email simultaneously and just rake in the dough. You can make a real killing doing this. If you have a fast computer, open up your email in 10 browser windows and just start opening up emails.

As you can see, Paid Surveys etc. is practically monstrous. In fact, each of the above features is practically a subscription in itself.

And, by the time I got my head around it, I needed a rest. But, I quickly focused in on the features that would work for me, and within a few days I started taking Paid Surveys etc. to the next level..

"But now for the ultimate question - is Paid Surveys Etc the same as the rest paying 50 cents a survey? The results are in..."

While I haven't changed my tune re: Paid Surveys in general, there is something very, very interesting that I learned from Paid Surveys etc. - if you realize it. And none of the others let you do this. If it wasn't for this, the results I am about to disclose would not have happened.

And the funny thing is, very few Paid Surveys etc. users even know about it... but I will return to that point. For now, let's discuss those all important results.

I ended up putting up 2 ads on each of my cars for a total of 4 ads. I drive about 2 hours a day, on the weekends less. This brings me in $150 a week alone.

I also eat Lunch and Dinner out just about every day. My wife and I love to visit new restaurants, and we feel important like we're "real" food critics. The meals we eat pay for themselves, and we make over $250 a week, after the cost of the food.

I also spend about 2-3 hours every day doing the paid survey sections and that brings in approximately - another $500/week in my pocket.

In order to be successful with online marketing you need to have the following:

- Targeted Traffic
- Lead Capture Pages
- Affiliate Websites
- Follow-Up Messages

Now to be honest the hardest part of the system above is the Targeted Traffic. Now allot of Online Marketers do use Google Adwords or other Pay-Per Click methods but that can be very costly! Plus at the end of the day the chances are you will have paid more for the traffic than the revenue you receive from sales!

So the best way to make of profit is to generate high quality targeted traffic for free. Can this be done? The answer is 'Yes'.

The way to generate free traffic is to submit good articles to Article Directories that Search Engines love! When submitting articles make sure you target Keyword phrases that are used a fair bit for online searches. A tiny bit more work, but well worth the effort. They are FREE...and anyone can get started here with NO cash! I also have a Blog on Blogger.com which of course is owned by Google. Your Blog will get indexed very quickly by Google so having links on your Blog to your other sites will get them indexed as well!

Another method is submitting ads on USFreeAds as Google likes this site as well. Now you can join for free but you will get better results for the small fee of $9.95 per month. You can place allot of ads on USFreeAds, and to get the ads higher positions on the Search Engines all you have to do is put a link for the ad in your Articles! Starting to get the picture now!

There are lots of other ways to generate Free Targeted traffic but the above methods I feel are the best and are where you should concentrate for getting traffic. If you submit good quality articles rich with applicable keywords you will find allot of good traffic visiting your site. The above methods do take some time but little if no money required. By not having to pay allot of money for traffic will increase your profit margins greatly!

I thought it would be nice to post a Step by Step instructions of how I market to Biz Opp Leads.

So I'm going to be as precise as possible so that you can easily see what I do each day to build my list from Leads.

There are many ways to drive traffic to your website but one method that does not get talked about alot is purchasing Leads.

As I've said many, many times, the first thing you should be doing, before you develop a product, before you choose an affiliate product to get behind, before you do anything else, you have to be list building. When you don't have a list of people willing to take your advice and recommendations, you have nothing and you're doomed to fail.

Your squeeze page should be on your domain. So, for instance, if I want to drive people to My First List, I would send them to MyFirstList.com, what do you see there? A squeeze page, right? OK, then enter your name and email address and then, see what you find. Always be leading with your squeeze page.

A press release about your new site will get some traffic.

You also want to use pay-per-click. The reason you want to use pay-per-click is before you find list members and everything else, you can check your conversions and see how everything works. I would use pay-per-click and get rolling with that right away.

You know, whatever your budget is: $5, $10, $100, or $2,000, whatever it is, spend that. You want to go low. You can spend $5 to $10 a day. Focus on split testing and tweaking the squeeze page and the sales page until you get it making money for you on $10 a day.

The whole thing is... Don't Wait! Take action immediately and don't let anything stop you. If your squeeze page sucks, you can make changes to it, until it doesn't suck anymore. First What is Adsense:

Through AdSense, you allow Google to display ads on your site or blog. You've probably come across many pages with blocks of ads with the text 'Ads from Google' next to them. Technically, AdSense works so you put a small piece of scripting code on your page and with this, ads from Google are shown automatically.

You make money when someone clicks on these online ads. Google will not tell you how much they will pay you before you sign up – they encourage you to join and then you'll see what you'll make as the revenue starts building. The reason is that they give you a percentage of the revenue they generate for the click on an ad. And the value of such a click varies with the content of the page, since Google displays ads on a webpage matching its content. A webpage about traveling is thus likely to display ads for airplane tickets, hotels, travel insurance and similar. Having ads related to the topic of the webpage is a way of making it more likely that a visitor will click on an ad. And since Google makes money per click on ads, they are keen on making as many visitors as possible click. The amount of visitors who click on an ad, divided by the number of visitors seeing it, is known as the click through rate or CTR.

If you already have a website or blog and wish to place AdSense ads on it, Google will match ads to the content already there. This means you have less influence over the theme of the ads and thereby the revenue they generate for Google and for you. If however you create a new website or blog with the purpose of making money online, you have a choice of theme for the content you produce. If you produce content for which advertisers pay a high price for clicks on ads, you will obviously generate good revenue for yourself.

Don't create a site just to sell products or services through one or multiple affiliate programs because you will mostly likely end up spending more in advertising than what you will make on commissions. I can almost guarantee that you will lose money, and keep on losing money, and end up just like me. I learned it the hard way. I hope you don't make the same mistake I have. I was very clumsy in making that decision, and I regret taking such careless actions.

If you want to have some chance of making money from affiliate programs, you will have to have an established website first with continuous slow of traffic, which spending so much in advertising. Repeat visitors are the best since they don't cost you anything, and will most likely make you money. In order to have repeat visitors, you have to have something different. Affiliated websites all have the same products, and those visitors will most likely end up going straight to the affiliate program providers to take care of their business.

If you already own an online store, and have repeat customers, try to use affiliate programs like what Amazon.com offers, to give your customers a bit more variety. Products that are relevant to your store and something that you don't carry. What I like about Amazon's affiliate program is that you can pick and choose what products you want to advertise on your website. You can be as specific as "silver mini iPod 6GB", and Amazon will give you a small HTML code that will give you the image of that iPod, the price, and the link with your affiliate ID in it to track your sales. Other affiliate programs provided by companies like Overstock.com and Buy.com only provide banners in all different sizes, and search boxes where people can use it as product search engines, which will search through the search box owner's product database.

Majority of big online companies and stores that offer affiliate programs, all tracking and commission payouts are done through LinkShare and Commission Junction. Even banners, search boxes, and links are taken from these sites, not directly from the affiliate program offering companies. From credit-card signups (all bank websites) to membership signups (like eBay.com) to product sales (like Amazon.com); companies offer so many ways for affiliates to make money. Some actually do become wealthy from these affiliate programs, but like I said before, they use these affiliate programs on their already established websites. Make sure you put up relevant ads and products on your site. If you put electronics on your site when your site is known for selling chocolates and cookies, the audience you've been targeting to establish your site is not there looking for DVD players.

Just because I wasn't successful with Amazon.com's affiliate program doesn't mean that all affiliate programs should be avoided. I didn't know much about anything, how these programs worked etc., before I started the whole website and advertising thing. However, I manage to learn from my mistakes...just that the mistakes I make are costly. I hope what my mistakes have taught me would help you save some money and time.

I’ve said this many times before… “If you’re not building a list, you’re not building a business… You’re building someone else’s business.”

But it goes even further than just building a list… The real question is, “Do you have any real assets in your business?”

The Wiktionary defines an asset as: Any component, model, process or framework of value that can be leveraged or reused.

The key words in that definition are “leveraged” and “reused.”

If you’re just driving traffic from Google to a merchant’s website, you are not building an asset for your business.
If you depend on surf programs, exchanges and safe lists for your traffic, you are not building an asset for your business.
If you only advertise in ezines, you are not building an asset for your business.

Don’t get me wrong… You can generate a lot of traffic using the methods above. But once you stop, the traffic stops. If you depend on one source of traffic and that source dries up, so does your cash flow.

You need assets that generate sustainable traffic and sales around the clock whether you work or not. That’s what it’s all about, right? Making money on auto-pilot!

So what kind of assets can you create to build your business?

Asset #1: Your List. Building a responsive mailing list is the best investment you can make in your business. I say, “Investment” because it takes time and money to build a good list. But your efforts will be rewarded ten fold in time.

If Google forces you out of a market or drops your ads, you will still have your list. It’s your asset and no matter what happens, they can’t take that away from you.

And once you build a list of any size, you can leverage that asset in many ways:

You can swap ads with other list owners to build your list faster.
You can endorse affiliate products or sell advertising to increase your cash flow.
You can get feedback on products you may want to create by conducting surveys.

Once you establish yourself as an expert (or at least knowledgeable) on your topic, your subscribers and customers will respect your opinions and advice about the quality products and services you sell.

Asset #2: Your Blog. If you do it right, you can get a ton of free traffic just by publishing to your blog each day.

If you publish quality content, run contests, or give prizes to your readers, you will get repeat visitors and traffic through word-of-mouth advertising.
If you target a niche market that’s not too competitive, you can generate free traffic from search engines by using the right keywords in your posts and links.
If you encourage visitors to comment on your posts, you get other people to add unique original content to your blog.

Publishing a blog is a great way to communicate with your subscribers and customers while building an asset for your business.

Asset #3: Your Articles. An article is an asset because it’s yours. It’s something unique that you create and you can use it any way you wish…

You can optimize your articles for specific keywords, submit them to article directories, and get free traffic from search engines.
You can submit your articles to a distribution service and get them published in major ezines for instant quality traffic.
You can combine your articles and create a viral PDF report to give away to your subscribers.

Now you might be thinking, “But there are tons of PLR articles that I can buy dirt cheap.” Sure, you can buy private label rights to tons of articles for pennies each. I have thousands on my hard drive… Do you want them? They are worthless to me…

99% of the PLR articles and ebooks people are selling are poorly written by people who don’t know the topic at all. I wouldn’t sign my name to a PLR article and an ezine owner would have to be pretty desperate or plain stupid to publish them.

You won’t get much traffic from search engines because Google and Yahoo! Systematically purge duplicate content. Unless you’re the first to get a PLR article listed in the search engines, you won’t see any traffic from your efforts at all.

About the only thing you can do with PLR content is re-write it yourself. But there are much better articles written by experts that you can use “templates” to create your own.

Agloco Paid to Surf Program: Right for You?

If you haven't heard the buzz about Agloco, in summary, it is a new company that offers a way to make money online. This is accomplished by downloading a small toolbar and keeping it on at least some of the time (up to 5 hours a month) while online or surfing the Net. Agloco also offers an income opportunity, cash and shares in the company, for those who wish to take the program more seriously, by acquiring referrals. Agloco referrals can be gained directly by you or though your referrals, as the program pays on 5 levels. Is it a pyramid scheme? No, at least not the scheme part, for it costs nothing to join and you don't need to buy anything to make money. There are other concerns however and following are the most frequent ones noted on the Internet.

Is Agloco safe or will it contain spyware?

The simple answer is yes it is safe and no it does not contain spyware. Spyware involves taking information from you without your permission. This happens frequently enough, if you are not running anti-spyware, whether you intentionally download something or not, such as when you visit a Web site. As far as safety, potentially _any_ program that you use on the Internet, including your Web browser, music players or other toolbars has potential risks. In comparison with other Web browser add-ons (.e.g. Google or Yahoo toolbar, etc.) the Agloco toolbar is on par for safety (see privacy), barring some unforeseen development.

How much money can I earn with Agloco?

Individuals who run the Agloco toolbar without getting any referrals will likely only make a few dollars a month, which is fine for some people who wouldn't otherwise receive the money. Referrals are where the money is made. If you acquire 5 Agloco referrals (a modest number), and each of them averages 2 referrals, on down the line, the monthly figure is: 761.25. Increase that number to 5 (for each of your referrals) and the number is 4886.25 a month. You can see how it adds up, but it will depend on the value of the company shares to what you actually make, it could be more or less than $1 per share. There is a calculator at the Agloco Web site to determine potential income.

How do I know I won't be "ripped off" ... as in the past?

AllAdvantage, Agloco's predecessor per se, paid out 100 million dollars in their paid to surf program before the dot.com bust. The Agloco program appears more sound and since the cap is 5 hours a month, Agloco is not subject to the extent of cheating and lost revanue that occured with the earlier program. There is no logical reason to think the company itself will deceive anybody, or not pay members. But as with any startup company, the program may be less profitable than expected, or even turn out to be a flop. If that is the case, there is no investment, except perhaps a little time, lost. Otherwise, if you decide to pay for advertising to gain Agloco referrals, that is a calculated judgment call and not promoted by the company.

What about my privacy?

The Agloco privacy policy is open and the personal information provided is voluntary. One of the members on board is a privacy guru, Ray Everett-Church, who you can investigate. In addition, Agloco's privacy policy is based "upon the eight principles of Fair Information Practices first issued by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development in 1980. If Agloco would breach their privacy policy, not only would it be illegal it would be contrary to their business model as Agloco's value to advertisers is in keeping the information proprietary. On the other hand, in reviewing their privacy policy, it states there will be a need to share information with third-parties Agloco works with, (the same is true of your Internet service company for example) who are also bound to strict requirements. Nevertheless, if you feel that sharing any information about yourself is a risk to yourself or a major inconvenience, this program is probably not for you.

Should I wait to join until after Agloco has proven itself?

The wait and see approach is the safest route whether considering a new opportunity such as Agloco or a new product release from Microsoft. Let other people work out the bugs as they say. The downside is that it will be much harder to gain referrals as the market will get saturated. Again with AllAdvantage, most people that made significant money (thousands a month) started the program in the beginning. As you are not committed to anything, for many people starting early makes more sense.

So in deciding if the Agloco paid to surf program is for you, look at the facts and make an educated decision. Often rumors and alarmists confuse the picture, conversely so do fanatical proponents of a company. It appears that Agloco is low-risk and is not a scam. Agloco has an educated and experienced team (members listed at their Web site) as well as a positive philosophy on rewarding its members, with 90% of the ad revanue put back into the company for members to share. For some people the program will be worth any minor inconvenience, such as seeing ads, and for others it simply will not be.
